New intelligence for Documentum CIS

Intellisophic reports it has integrated its pre-built taxonomies with EMC Documentum Content Intelligence Services (CIS). The move gives Documentum CIS customers access to Intellisophic taxonomies covering a variety of specific industries including: automotive, chemicals, defense, energy, finance, high-tech, information sciences, legal, life sciences, military and others.

Intellisophic claims its taxonomy library is the largest of its kind, covering more than 10,000 titles and virtually any subject area. Intellisophic creates taxonomies from respected reference publications worldwide, including encyclopedia, handbooks, textbooks and other authoritatively written works. The taxonomies come complete with the organizational hierarchy and the necessary business rules for high-precision classification and categorization.
