Metalogix acquires MetaVis

Metalogix, a provider of software to move, manage and secure content for Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange, Box, Dropbox, Amazon, Google and other leading enterprise content management systems, has acquired MetaVis Technologies, which is respected for its unified cloud collaboration service management platform.

The combination of the two solution technology suites is said to create a robust portfolio for content security, compliance administration and management across all major collaboration platforms. Further, says Metalogix, it can offer customers the capabilities needed to enhance the use, management, performance and security of their collaboration platforms, while reducing risk and complexity.
