e-Stet has unveiled Managed Litigation Services, a cloud-based, software- and hardware-agnostic offering designed to provide law firms, corporate legal departments and legal vendors full control of their litigation software over the Web in a hosted Tier1 environment. Managed Litigation Services allows the client to dictate its preferred software suites and hardware configurations and includes a dedicated Tier1 setup. Full redundancy and disaster recovery mechanisms are standard. The company explains litigation and discovery data remain fully accessible by the client but will be fully managed by e-Stet’s team of experts.
