InfoStreet has released Version 2 of its popular customer relationship management application, StreetSmart’s CRM, which targets small businesses. The company claims StreetSmart’s CRM offers small businesses across all industries the tools required to track leads, customers and growth, at a cost of approximately $10 per user. Among the key features of StreetSmart’s new offering are:

  • anytime/anywhere access through a Web browser,
  • a centralized archive,
  • sales team task assignment,
  • sharable information,
  • control access,
  • relationship management tools, and
  • importable data.
