Aquire, which develops work force planning and management solutions, has released OrgPublisher for Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.0. This latest iteration of OrgPublisher allows users to quickly create Web-based graphical organizational charts while viewing, modeling and analyzing hierarchies and human capital information contained within PeopleSoft.

Aquire describes OrgPublisher for PeopleSoft HCM as a robust enterprisewide organizational charting tool that eliminates repetitive, manual processes and gives HR and business managers a look at the larger picture. Further, Aquire says, it automatically tallies key metrics such as headcount, open positions, diversity and bench strength, and makes them highly visible throughout the organization. When charts are created using OrgPublisher for PeopleSoft HCM, all necessary data from PeopleSoft is automatically fed to OrgPublisher, so automated data extraction no longer requires IT involvement.
