Phil Harms joined MetLife in November 2000 and began as an Account Manager for mid to large accounts. In May 2006, he moved into the Benefit Services Organization’s (BSO) Knowledge Management team. He spent one year in technical writing of procedural documents before becoming a Senior Account Manager. He now is in charge of Knowledge Access, Sharing and Innovation unit of KM. Using his service experience, his main responsibility is owning the Knowledge Center, the online repository that links to multiple data sources for the entire BSO. Phil is responsible for ongoing development and design of the center to assure speed and findability for MetLife’s Knowledge Workers.
