Darcy Lemons is a senior project manager with APQC's Advisory Services Group. In her thirteen years with APQC, she has led numerous benchmarking studies focused on best practices in knowledge management, including topics such as best practices for engagement & participation, putting knowledge in the flow of work, critical knowledge retention, and social media for collaboration. She is currently the project manager for APQC's 2012 KM Advanced Working Group.
