HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC) is the official housing provider for KMWorld 2013. You may be contacted by another hotel/housing bureau soliciting hotel reservations for this show and asking for an advance deposit to be paid directly to them. Please note that they are unauthorized agents and unable to provide discounted hotel rates that are offered by MTC to those attending. The following rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotels directly to agents other than MTC.

Discounted guest room rates of $299 for a single/double room (plus applicable taxes) at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel have been arranged for attendees who book through the official conference housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC). Rates are exclusive through MTC and will not be extended by the hotel directly. Rates will remain in effect until Tuesday, October 22, 2013, subject to availability. Early booking is suggested. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.
