Mr. Rose is responsible for the knowledge management efforts for Enterprise Support at Symantec Corporation. During the last 22 years, he has led services, technical support, training, and knowledge management efforts for companies such as WordPerfect, Novell, Iomega, Cisco Systems, Sybase, Altiris, and Symantec. He has served on several corporate and college advisory boards and has taught courses at Utah Valley University. He has presented at many conferences, seminars, and colleges on various topics including knowledge management best practices, services and support best practices, and organizational culture and change.
