Kelly Cimmino is a Knowledge Solutions Director within the Knowledge Services Organization (KSO). She oversees the solution delivery in the areas of expertise location / person profile system, a managed service for collaborative spaces, assisted research, taxonomy management, and content standards services utilized by PwC partners and staff and their clients.
Kelly's areas of expertise are designing / managing web-based knowledge management tools, resources, solutions and their information architecture; creating, implementing and managing taxonomy, content and collaboration strategies; online web implementation and continuous improvement; leading international application management and rollout activities; and alignment of user experience and application integration.
