Judy Hamilton is currently Senior Manager, Knowledge Management with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), responsible for the knowledge manager program. The Knowledge Manager Program creates knowledge solutions and is responsible for promoting accountability for knowledge creation, collaboration and sharing within defined business units. In addition, she is responsible for the development of search strategy, as well as the business lead for PwC Canada’s expertise location application in conjunction with the US Knowledge Services Organization and PwC Network Knowledge Management. Previous roles include Client Service Director for major PwC client service teams in both Montreal and Calgary and “builder” and director of business information centres for two major professional services firms.
