Jennifer McNenly is a librarian with 15 years of experience in the corporate, non-profit and legal environments. As Knowledge Management Co-ordinator at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP Jennifer liaises between the Library, the Knowledge Management group, legal professionals and the IS department to develop content for the firm's intranet and portal pages. She has extensive experience in the design, usability, and maintenance of the firm's knowledge management databases, blogs, wikis and current awareness services. She is the firm's expert on enterprise search, taxonomy and metadata standards. Jennifer also provides legal research support services through the library reference desk.
