Janine M. Valvoda is an organizational development professional skilled in training, change management, and KM. She is the Chief Culture Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, responsible for promoting, monitoring, and measuring a corporate culture encouraging innovation, collaboration, and learning.
