Grant comes from a corporate background in utilities where he became well known for his pragmatic and innovative methods of harnessing information and knowledge to gain organisational change and business focus.  He now co-owns a well respected consultancy that gives advice to 130+ organizations across New Zealand on record keeping compliance, and information and knowledge management.
