Dr. Carla O'Dell is president of APQC, an internationally recognized resource for process and performance improvement, nonprofit APQC helps organizations adapt to rapidly changing environments and succeed in a competitive marketplace. O'Dell has a bachelor's from Stanford University, a master's from the University of Oregon, and a doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Houston.
