Dianna is a manager for PepsiCo's Business+Information Solutions division; a role she's held for 12 years.

  •  Graduated from West Texas State University in 1983 with degree in Math Education.  Taught math for 10 years before moving to IT.
  •  Began IT career at Nokia in 1995 where she started up and managed their North America Help Desk.
  •  Began career at PepsiCo as a Help Desk Manager in 1999.  The PepsiCo Support Center staffs over 100 Help Desk Analysts and receives around 500,000 calls a year. 
  •  1999 - 2008 - Responsible for the Knowledge Management Program, Training Program, Help Desk Tools and Help Desk Manager
  •  2008 - Submitted and won Help Desk Institute Team Excellence Award
  •  2008 - Presented the PepsiCo Knowledge Program at the Help Desk Institute Annual Conference
  •  2008 - 2011 - IT Service Management - Process Owner for Incident/Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and responsible for ITSM Tools/Training/Administration
