As the Director of Knowledge Transfer and Learning (KTL) at Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), Colleen has created the KTL program from the ground up, building a model for fostering learning, knowledge exchange, and innovation across the organization. This model involves creating methodologies and tools for connecting people with people, with “best practices” and with learning opportunities that will improve the quality of service provided by the organization. The CHI KTL framework incorporates a system-wide learning management program, collaboration tools, knowledge communities, and a knowledge transfer and learning consulting methodology that furthers strategic initiatives.
