Rosemary M. Amato CMA, CISA, CPA is the Program Director for Global Client Intelligence within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd and its network of member firms.  She is a Director in The Netherlands member firm and is based in Amsterdam.  During her 15 years with Deloitte she has been a client service professional in the area of Enterprise Risk Services and has led the Global ERS Knowledge Management team for the past 5 years, where she was responsible for enabling knowledge sharing within the ERS community of 12000 professionals. Her responsibilities included intranet as well as internet knowledge sharing. She now leads the Global Client Intelligence team with responsibilities for management reporting in the areas of opportunity tracking and engagement management.  Rosemary received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA and has done graduate work at Georgia State University and Samford University. Prior to joining DTTL, she worked in industry, in the areas of manufacturing, retail and distribution, with her last position being that of Vice President Controller for SLJ Retail (DBA Sam & Libby/Jones New York-a retailer of womens' footwear). She is currently a board member on the IMA's European Board, and sits on ISACA's KM Task Force team.
