Mr. Iams is a Senior Analyst in PPC’s internationally known Knowledge Management Practice and a member of the Strategic Solutions Division. He provides strategic guidance for information system projects in a variety of integrated software and hardware environments. He focuses on deploying solutions that improve organizational collaboration- including business taxonomy design, portal technology deployment and content management- and on providing implementation, governance and process improvement strategies supporting changes to the business and technical environment.
