Rachel has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Merck for 19 years with over 10 specializing in project management. She more recently joined Merck's Knowledge Management Center of Excellence in the Manufacturing Division. Her current responsibilities include expanding, evolving, and maturing existing Knowledge Management capabilities to additional product modalities and business areas. This role includes educating and mentoring on knowledge management and change management. Rachel possesses strong organizational, team leadership, client relations, and communication skills. She graduated from Delaware Valley College with a BS in Environmental Science. She is a Certified Project Manager and is Merck Green Belt certified in Lean/Six Sigma and as an Inclusion Change Agent.
