Prasanna Lal Das is a Senior Program Officer in the Finance Complex of The World Bank (Washington DC), and has been a Content Strategy professional for about 12 years (on top of just over three years spent in active journalism). His currently focuses on integrating knowledge and business processes, the content lifecycle, and organizational preparedness for handling emerging content management related business challenges. Prior to this, Prasanna was one of the leaders of the User Experience team at a consulting firm, where he advised numerous large corporations about their content management design and strategy. Prasanna has also been the Managing Editor of an e-learning cum professional IT services ‘portal’, and headed an Internet company in the early days of the Web.
