Patricia (Pat) Michalski is a senior manager in the Knowledge Management organization for Deloitte Services LP and is currently with the communities and collaboration team. Pat joined Deloitte in 1999, and has held various knowledge management positions including Senior Knowledge Manager for Banking & Securities and Asset Management, Knowledge Manager for Marketing & Business Development, and leader for the Great Lakes Marketing Communications team. Pat holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Visual Communication Design, from Kent State University and is currently working on a Master of Science degree in knowledge management at Kent State University.
