A veteran of both the military and law enforcement, he delivers his presentations with a conviction and vibrancy that bring his topics to life. Mike has conducted training for organizations throughout the United States on a variety of subjects including Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Development, and Succession Planning. Mike is the Information Technology Manager with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department.
