She was a Senior Vice President with Healthy Companies International, a research and change consulting firm headquartered in Arlington, VA. She also served as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for Discovery Communications, LLC and formerly as the first Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, Bristol-Myers Squibb.
