Maura Horn is the VP of Global Talent Development at MWH Global. Her duties and responsibilities include managing strategy and operations of our global University programs; identifying, developing and implementing consistent ‘best in class’ global talent development and learning programs; scripting and managing the performance management and succession management process; and working closely with the HR leaders and operating presidents to determine talent needs. Maura is a Civil/Environmental Engineer who started her career with MWH almost 18 years ago as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. She’s held roles such as Deputy Contract Manager and Project Controls Manager before becoming the Director of our Corporate University, MWH University. As the University Director, she’s designed, developed, and delivered courses on leadership, business and people management, client service and consulting, and technology practices. Courses focus on consistent vernacular, knowledge sharing from experts, and maintaining a common culture.
