Name : Dr. Maryam Al Serkal

           The Executive Council - Government of Dubai

Maryam is playing a significant role in government sector development through her current position as Direcotor of Performance & Project management office at The Executive Council - Government of Dubai , following the  various positions she held earlier in various entities serving the government for more than 15 years .

Her major responsibility is the contribution to the practical efforts of Dubai Government Strategic Plan 2015  to drive the Excellence culture & the continuous  development  to the government organizations in Dubai city , Maryam is an effective member of several professional associations and business group such as American society for Quality , Dubai Quality Group , Member of PRIMA Professional Risk Manager international association  and a member in Dubai Women Business Council . In addition to being a certified assessor of European Foundation of Quality Management .

In regard Maryam Academic background , she has PhD research on organizational capacities for development , and has received several awards recognized by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum , UAE Vice President ,prime minister and ruler of Dubai 2006 ,2007 and 2010  .
