Served in various roles as a member of Merck's Enterprise Collaboration & Content Management team for the past 8 years. My current role is Lead for the Strategy & Innovation team, focusing primarily on SharePoint strategy and planning for the enterprise. My focus also includes business case development for investing in new technologies and services, SharePoint service definition & design, client demand planning, SharePoint governance, and SharePoint cloud hosting analysis and planning. Partnering with client and architecture teams to identify I.T. capability gaps and managing roadmaps for closing those gaps has also been part of my role. I have also managed Documentum and related technology projects, such as integration with SAP.
