Lisa Binckes, M.A. is Director of the Office of Client Solutions for GSA’s Public Buildings Service (PBS) within the National Capital Region (NCR). Lisa focuses on improving organizational systems through relationship-building, clear problem identification, and development of better information-sharing processes. Lisa was co-sponsor and helped spearhead the national knowledge management initiative at PBS, and provides leadership support to NCR’s account management functions, serving a variety of projects designed to improve space efficiency and mobility for GSA customers.
