Lip Kee held many pivotal positions in the Singapore Armed Forces(SAF), Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), United States Air Force (USAF) and United Nations Joint Logistics Centre (UNJLC) throughout his 22 years of service.



He has been actively promoting KM in theSingapore Armed Forces before becoming the Branch Head of Logistics Inspection Branch in Air Force Inspectorate. With a team of auditors to conduct over 60 Quality and Safety Audits per year on RSAF units and her contractors, he continued to promote KM in Safety and Quality audits. It is challenging as the safety and quality KM is expected to be fully implemented and executed on the ground, yielding zero accident as the result. Our safety KM isvery much beyond sharepoint or the computers at our desks.

With his leadership in audits and KM, many system gaps were uncovered and corrected on-site, lessons shared with other units, as well as archived for future learning. These Organisational learning of Quality and Safety lessons helps the RSAF to sustain its Quality and Safety standards over the years.
