Lawrence Blank-Cook is the lead for KM Solutions for Deloitte Services LP and is responsible for the strategy and development of KM solutions including search, social media, collaboration, intranet, and innovation. Lawrence joined Deloitte in 1996 in Deloitte Consulting’s Methods and Tools and IT Operations. She has also been a project management consultant and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Arts from the University of Tennessee.
During her career at Deloitte, she has led method and project management tool development, the collaboration strategy, web 2.0 early adopters, social media usage guidelines and best practices, and intranet development.
