Kelly Widelska is the Global Head of Knowledge & Learning at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group focused on the private sector in emerging economies. Her team provides knowledge and learning solutions across the Corporation focused on delivering operational excellence and development impact for clients and partners.

Before joining the Corporation, she worked with Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she led the Global Knowledge & Innovation Team, supporting a business of 8,000 employees. Prior to that, Kelly spent three years in China and the Far East Area, building the knowledge capability of Ernst & Young through the development of a suite of knowledge management services, including research and analysis, content management, network co-ordination, as well as deployment and training activities.

Kelly holds a Master's degree in Information Management from Sheffield University in the UK.
