Kelly Titus has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years in clinic operations management and learning/organization development (OD). At Memorial Sloan Kettering she currently leads a learning and change team in the Patient Revenue areas who act as consultants and practitioner for projects where there is often the convergence of change management, learning and KM. She has her masters of Change Management from The New School were she focused on using leadership development and change management design to create successful knowledge management and learning programs. She lives in Brooklyn, NY where she enjoys biking her toddler around town to find interesting street scenes to photograph.
