Kelly Foisy is an Information Analyst with the Province of Alberta’s Ministry of Transportation. She is a member of the CCMTA’s Knowledge Management Community of Practice, and is leading the development of a Knowledge Management Strategy for her division in Transportation. Kelly holds a Masters degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia.
