Jesse Wilkins, CRM, CDIA+, is the Director, Systems of Engagement for AIIM International. He has worked in the information management industry for fifteen years as an end user, vendor, consultant, and trainer. His areas of expertise include enterprise content management, electronic records management, email management, document imaging, digital preservation, and social business technologies. He has worked with hundreds of clients to design, implement, and optimize information management systems, processes, and governance frameworks. Jesse led the development of the AIIM Email Management Certificate Program and the 2009 update to the AIIM ERM Certificate Program and developed the the AIIM Email ROI Calculator. He was also a subject matter expert for the 2002 update to the CompTIA CDIA+ program. He has developed and delivered web seminars and technical white papers for AIIM and ARMA. He has also published numerous articles in AIIM E-DOC Magazine, Infonomics, Information Management, Docume.nt, and TODAY and is an AIIM Expert Blogger for ERM and social business. Jesse has received the CRM, AIIM MIT, AIIM LIT/EDIM, AIIM LIT/ECM, AIIM LIT/ERM, AIIM Email Master, AIIM ERM Master, AIIM ECM Master, AIIM BPM Specialist, Xplor EDP, CompTIA CDIA+, and TAWPI ICP designations. He received the AIIM Education Award in 2006 and the ARMA Britt Literary Award in 2009 with Patrick Cunningham, CRM, FAI, for their article, “A Walk in the Cloud”.
