Jean-Claude Monney is the Chief Knowledge Officer at Microsoft Enterprise Services
Monney leads Microsoft Services Enterprise Delivery KM Strategy Office and its 22,000-strong global workforce through a groundbreaking transformation with a single goal: to create more value with best-in-class Knowledge Collaboration. He has overseen Microsoft Services’ KM strategy, programs, processes and tools since May 2012. Prior to this appointment he served as Microsoft’s U.S. Chief Technology Strategist for the High Tech Industry Group.
Prior to Microsoft, Jean-Claude was Chief Strategy Officer at speakTECH and served on a number of high tech boards. He held executive-level positions during his 17 years’ tenure at STMicroelectronics where he was Group Vice President for 7 years. Jean-Claude worked 9 years at Digital Equipment Corporation and 4 years at Motorola Semiconductor.
He has an Electronics and Nuclear Physics Engineering degree from the “Ecole Technique Supérieure” of Geneva, Switzerland. He is based in Austin, Texas.
