Gregor McLeod is the Program Manager for the Navy Global Distance Support Center (Technical). Mr. McLeod is a retired Navy Lieutenant Commander, having served 20 years as a Surface Warfare Officer. He also served tours in NATO, Special Operations Command Central, and 6th Fleet Flagship Operations Officer. He holds an MBA from Benedictine College and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, KS. Mr. McLeod is a Certified Call Center Manager and has been a recent featured speaker at the International Contact Center Management Conference and the Government Customer Service Conference.
