Gary is a senior Social Business Engineer responsible for designing and implementing solutions for Enterprise Knowledge and Collaboration initiatives, including enterprise social networking, community enablement, ideation, badging, blogging, and various knowledge repositories. He has made significant contributions to Unisys own internal Knowledge and Collaboration program over the past several years and continues to help guide its evolution. Gary is an established thought leader in the practice of community enablement, ideation, and gamification.

Gary's background includes business consulting, business process redesign, software requirements gathering, solution design, communications and training, and project management.

Gary has over 15 years of Information Technology experience covering the financial services, communications, federal, and public sector segments. He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
