Ed O'Neal leads an 8-person team responsible for promoting and embedding the use of knowledge sharing practices and tools within all aspects of North and South America oil and gas exploration and production business, and associated support functions. Ed joined shell in 2007 after completing 24 years of active military service in the US Army and Air Force working in leadership development, training and human resources.
