Connie Crosby, principal of Crosby Group Consulting, is a Toronto-based consultant who specializes in knowledge management, information management, records management and library management. She works with a range of organizations in the professional services, financial institution and information sectors as well as public service agencies and professional associations. In a former life she worked as library manager in a prominent Canadian law firm.
Connie is active in professional associations including SLA and AIIP and is currently serving as Past President of the Canadian Association of Law Libraries. She co-organizes the popular meetup group Knowledge Workers Toronto.
