Chris Jones is a Senior Delivery Manager at CIBER with over 25 years of technology leadership across public and private sectors. He supports client executives across many facets of the IT strategy landscape, with expertise in knowledge management, organization change, business/IT alignment, sourcing strategy, and process improvement. Chris has spoken on the challenges facing CIO’s at Gartner and Sourcing Interest Group venues, and has been cited in CIO magazine and Multisourcing, a book by Gartner. In the social space (as @sourcepov) he plays a leadership role in the adoption of social media and Enterprise 2.0; while his blog posts advance thinking in all of these areas, he is increasingly focused on the evolution of organizational learning, finalizing a book on the dynamics of effective collaboration.
