Beth joined Goodwill in 2005 as the Director of Knowledge Sharing to work with the MyGoodwill portal team to collect, organize, and update data and make information accessible to local Goodwills and by helping develop a culture of knowledge sharing. In 2007, she became the Director of Learning Solutions which oversaw the in-person training events, technology-based learning, and knowledge sharing initiatives. In 2009, she became the VP of Information Management overseeing web development, social media and communications strategies. Beth has over 15 years of communications and knowledge management experience and has held positions at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and A.T. Kearney. Beth holds a B.A. from Miami University and a Master’s degree from Dominican University.
