Evaluating Livelink in greater details to assess it’s fit within the wider enterprise users. Rationalising the Corporate Taxonomy with the Hardcopy file plan to ensure alignment and user-friendly filing of electronic contents.
• Transformation of Hardcopy records by business process review and streamlining. Application of scanning and Optical Character recognition technology to digitize hardcopy for better and efficient use of explicit knowledge.
• Manage the Business Architecture and Information Architecture to ensure alignment with Business Strategy. Introducing eworkflow, emeeting process for better management of corporate knowledge.
