Arlene McCrehan oversees the Goodwill team in developing and executing vision and strategies for public web sites and social media, and provides strategic guidance around information architecture, design and content in the implementation of new technologies, campaigns and micro sites. She has been a part of the Goodwill team that advises on enhancements and usability for CMS, CRM and other web platforms for 10 years.
