Dr. Lewis is the author of the book: "The Explanation Age," and is a consultant and speaker on the topics of Change Leadership, Learning, and Mental Models. He is a co-founder at The CoHero Leadership Institute and a Change Management/Leadership Specialist at Iknow LLC. John has worked for several leading global organizations and his career highlights include launching GPS satellites and being recognized by Gartner with an industry Best Practice paper for a KM implementation. He earned his doctorate degree in educational psychology from the University of Southern California, with a dissertation focus on mental models and decision making. Recently, John co-authored the eBook: "Leading with the Future in Mind: Knowledge and Emergent Leadership" and was the keynote speaker at the International Conference for Interdisciplinary Studies.
