Wes is Co-Founder and CEO of Knovari, the AI document sanitisation platform built for management consulting firms. Knovari combines computer vision and language models to detect sensitive client information in PowerPoint deliverables by concept, not by keyword - catching client-identifying or confidential content wherever it appears, including in charts, images, and reworded text. Its proprietary sensitivity framework enables consultancies to safely redact, reuse institutional knowledge and deploy AI across their document corpus.

Before founding Knovari, Wes spent six years as a strategy consultant at Kearney, where he saw first-hand the friction of preparing reusable case studies and the risks of mishandling client confidentiality. He started Knovari to solve the problem at source: making sanitisation fast, accurate, and embedded in consultants' workflow.
