Call for Speakers

Deadline is 23 October

Smarter Together: Shaping the Future of Knowledge

The world's number one KM event is coming to London in 2026! Welcome to KMWorld Europe 2026, brought to you by the team behind KMWorld, the world’s leading knowledge management conference, held annually in Washington, DC.

KMWorld Europe 2026 invites you to explore how humans and AI can co-create the future of knowledge. Our theme, Smarter Together: Shaping the Future of Knowledge, celebrates the synergy between technology and human insight where knowledge management professionals, thought leaders, and AI systems converge to unlock new possibilities. This theme emphasises the belief that humans and machines are smarter together, and that we as knowledge and information professionals are also smarter together.

Whether you’re a seasoned KM practitioner, a curious technologist, or a strategist navigating the future of work, KMWorld Europe offers a space to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and build smarter solutions together.

Join us as we shape the next chapter of knowledge management; one that’s inclusive, intelligent, and deeply human.

Share Your Vision. Inspire the Future.

Are you pioneering new ways to manage knowledge in the age of AI? Have you led initiatives that bring people and technology together to solve complex challenges? KMWorld Europe 2026 is seeking dynamic speakers who can spark conversation, share practical insights, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We’d love to hear your unique voice.

We welcome proposals on topics such as:

  • Human-AI collaboration in KM systems
  • Designing knowledge ecosystems for hybrid work
  • Ethical and responsible AI in knowledge workflows
  • Communities of practice and collective intelligence
  • KM strategies for innovation, resilience, and change
  • Other topics you are passionate about that you feel are relevant to the KM community.

Whether you’re interested in presenting a case study, a bold idea, or a hands-on framework, we want to hear from you. Let’s be smarter together.
