Rachad is a recognized thought leader in Knowledge Management, ranked among the top 120 globally in 2024 and among the top 50 in Tacit Knowledge Management in 2025. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in aligning knowledge management and learning strategies with organizational goals. Rachad is pioneering expertise-based knowledge management to promote competency-based learning and technical knowledge-sharing. He views AI as a capability to extend human expertise in learning, skills development and knowledge acquisition. In 2024, he founded 3R Knowledge Services, which offers expertise-based knowledge management practices and developed the proprietary "one-degree-of-separation" framework. Previously, Rachad led GE global learning and knowledge management programs (2013–2024) and served as a knowledge advisor for a Dubai government agency (2008–2011), contributing to an EFQM Excellence Award. He holds a PhD in industrial engineering and 2 master’s in software and hardware engineering, has co-authored a book, and published extensively on collaboration dynamics in virtual teams.
