Over the past 25+ years I have held the title of Information Architect, KM Consultant, Project Manager, Technical Writer, Instructional Designer, Instructor, and eLearning Developer. That is on top of my current role of Product Operations Specialist at Paligo AB. My work focuses on establishing industry practices for using structured authoring solutions with Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), taxonomy design, and clear communications. My work has influenced large organizations such as Deloitte, Sun Life Financial, and Blackberry, and smaller yet influential companies such as Paligo AB and Precision Content Authoring Solutions.
