She leads enterprise-wide assessments, designs future-state KM strategies, and guides executive teams towards alignment on a path forward. Her approach combines empathy with critical inquiry, drawing on a strong background in research and communication to design tailored solutions that improve knowledge flow, foster engagement, and strengthen operational effectiveness.

In addition to her consulting expertise, Kristin is a skilled communicator and facilitator, known for her ability to lead with warmth, optimism, and build trust across all levels of an organization. Among other certifications, she is a Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci) and has completed training in design thinking, taxonomy design, and Agile methodologies.
