Kristin has over a decade of experience guiding organizations through complex KM transformations and other sweeping initiatives. Grounding her work in human-centered design, change management, and organizational design principles, Kristin helps clients navigate the nuanced challenges of aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve their strategic business goals.
Kristin specializes in surfacing and resolving root issues that hinder how people capture, manage, share, and find information. She leads enterprise-wide assessments, designs future-state KM strategies, and guides executive teams towards alignment on a path forward. Among other certifications, she is a Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci) and has completed training in design thinking, taxonomy design, and Agile methodologies.
