He currently serves as Collaboration & Office Platforms Manager at the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK, where he leads strategy and delivery for intranet, Microsoft 365 and SaaS-based collaboration systems that enhance organisational knowledge flow and digital engagement. 

John’s work spans the design, governance and implementation of platforms that help multidisciplinary teams connect, communicate and leverage organisational information more effectively. With a strong focus on user-centred technology adoption and continuous improvement, he champions approaches that reduce friction in digital work, foster community-driven knowledge practices and support resilient, scalable collaboration capability across large, distributed organisations.
